Please Don’t Trample on It!
Inspired by the gestures of grass and fallen leaves, this work captures scattered and stumbling movements. Drawing on the plasticity, fragility, and transparency of glass, the melting, bending, and welding of glass tubes generate dynamic forms of irregular separation and spaced flow. A set of obstacles echoes the texture of the gallery floor, disrupting movement and perception as a spreading awareness of being alive.
Material: glass, wood, stain, wood glue, ceramics, hot glue, glass glue, bronze powder, glaze
